Humanizing Transformers can be risky business, but you pulled it off wonderfully. You incorporated a lot of little things into his design from his robot mode. If I had seen him just like this with no one telling me he was Blurr I would still think it was him. When you can achieve that kind of an effect you've done a good job of humanizing a robot.

That aside I adore the design, it's different and creative.

I was so upset when Blurr was reduced to a cube. I still think he's alive personally.
Cybertronians turn gray when they die. Blurr's cube was clearly still blue. Either a continuity error, or someone is hoping we've been paying attention. I like to think it's the second of the two.

Thanks! I really appreciate that... I was a bit worried, 'cause I kept seein' that humanizing Transformers = WORST THING ANYONE CAN EVER DO. And then I went and did it anyway.. but I'm glad I did it alright... I did try to keep his robot look in with the human look... @_@; (I kept thinking I shoulda given him like... a li'l goatee or something...? But then... didn't... er..)

And as for Blurr... I read on... something of Derrick Wyatt's online interactions with the public that we were supposed to be able to see that Blurr's spark was still pulsing in the cube, but that didn't get put in... so I fully believe that Blurr is alive.... and... someone will steal him out of the garbage. (I have a really weird mental image of like... Swindle rumaging through Autobot trash and finding him... but I'm pretty sure that's just because I'm weird...)

I read that as well about seeing Blurr's spark (another reason I still have hope).
The mental image of Swindle rummaging through the trash and finding Blurr is amazing. Someone should write that.
